Good strength & balance means that we can stabilize on uneven ground or in the dark, to prevent falling
Exercise over time can improve bone density, so even if a fall happened there is less chance of a fracture
The evidence shows that weight bearing & resistance exercises are most effective for bone density. Our physio exercise classes are tailored to your starting level, and the equipment allows for a gradual progression.
