Low Back Pain
Low back pain is old news, but that doesn’t make it any less relevant. In fact, low back pain is more relevant now that it has ever been with approximately 8 out of 10 people experiencing back pain at some time throughout their lives. In most instances, the cause is not too serious and, with good management and support, people do recover.
As our lifestyles have evolved with the introduction of cars, computers and lots of couch time, out lower backs are under increasing pressure, quite literally. While many of these factors are an inevitable part of work and life, there are strategies we can implement to reduce and even eliminate the problem of lower back pain.
At Balance Physio, we see lots of clients suffering from lower back pain, and understand the impact is has on people’s daily living. Through personal management plans and a combination of treatment methods, we have successfully helped many individuals get back on track and free from pain. We teach people about the importance of long-term management to reduce the likelihood of re-aggregation at a later point. Longevity is our central goal so that our clients are able to function without the burden of debilitating back pain.
