Balance Physio is located on the Parade within the shopping precinct and easy access by public transport. Bus stop 10 is located immediately outside our door and is accessible by bus routes: 580, H20, H21, H22, H23, H24, H32, N22. From 9-3 weekdays Seniors can catch the bus free of charge.

In addition, we have car parking at the rear of the clinic, with disabled provision. 

If you are disabled or have difficulty moving due to injury then please call ahead and let us know.  We can assist with moving you from your vehicle safely.

Cancellation Policy

Balance Physio has a cancellation policy. In order to make sure that we can provide staff, equipment and stay on-time we need to be able to rely on clients keeping their appointments. Some practices simply overbook their clinicians to avoid this problem which means waiting times can sometime blow out past 30 minutes. We do not welcome these methods at Balance Physio. We respect your time and simply ask that you respect ours as well. For this reason if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you will be invoiced for 50% of the appointment. This is simply to cover our costs.
